San Luis Obispo County Dog TrainersWe are a team of dog trainers that serve all of San Luis Obispo County. Our goal is to change lives, one dog at a time. We focus on training the family dog for basic obedience. Getting a head start with your puppy is a great choice - it is much easier to teach wanted behavior rather then try to correct it later in life. If you are experiencing behavior problems, such as aggressiveness, resource guarding, excessive barking, lunging and pulling on the leash, we can help with that too!
Once your pup understands how to learn and follow commands, then you are free to experiment with trick training, agility training, and nose work. Until then, we are here to help you gain some peace and quiet at home. We like to meet at public dog-friendly parks to evaluate your dog. This is beneficial for you as well, so you may evaluate whether we are the perfect fit for training your pup. If you'd rather us just pick up your pup from your home and bring him to our training facilities, that works for us to! San Luis Obispo Our favorite place to meet in San Luis Obispo is at the Laguna Lake Dog Park area. Five Cities There aren't many placed to meet in the Five Cities with off-leash dogs, but the Elm Street Dog Park is a good place to start. Though it is small and not the best, it is still a great meet-up place. Avila Beach What better place is there than the Dog Beach in Avila, CA?! We love the beach and would love to meet you and your pup there! Give us a call if you are in the area and are interested in some training! Nipomo Nipomo doesn't have a designated dog park either, but we like to meet at the Nipomo Regional Park if you live in this area. Los Osos While there isn't an official Dog Park in Los Osos, we find that meeting at the Los Osos Community Park works well. There's lots of grass, open space for training and evaluation, and usually people don't mind the well-behaved off-leash dog. Morro Bay Since beaches are our favorite, we like meeting at the Dog Beach on Morro Strand located between Morro Bay and Cayucos. Atascadero If you are located in Atascadero, let's meet at the Heilmann Dog Park! Templeton Though Templeton isn't far from Atascadero or Paso Robles, we'll meet with you at the Vineyard Dog Park. Paso Robles Serving Paso Robles is a bit of a stretch for us here in San Luis Obispo, but it helps us to achieve our goal of changing lives! We don't want North County left out so we like meeting at Sherwood Dog Park in Paso Robles do to initial evaluations. |
